Beginners Enamelling Workshop

10 am – 4 pm 

In this 2 day workshop you have the choice to spend 2 whole days experimenting with a variety of enamelling techniques, OR, you can spend the first day creating a number of colourful pieces before bezel setting them on the second day.  

This is a perfect workshop for people who love colour.

During the 2 days, you will learn:

  • Correct firing process
  • Preparing your metal
  • Colour layering
  • Stencilling
  • Sgraffito
  • Painting enamels
  • Rubber stamps designs
  • Graphite on enamel
  • Simple Cloisonne 

If you choose to set your pieces in silver

  • Bezel setting
  • Ring making
  • Forming
  • Finishing

We have payment plan options available if you want to pay in installments. The full payment must be made before the workshop start date. Please let us know if you would like this option.

 What’s Included?

All copper and enamels are included in the price.  Silver is extra depending on the piece you make, but an approx cost for a bezel set ring would be £10.

Refreshments 

Tea and coffee are provided and there will be a selection of biscuits and cakes on offer.

Please bring your own lunch although there are a variety of places to purchase lunch close by.

Terms and Conditions

Your booking fee secures your place – we cannot reserve places without payment. 

If we have to cancel for any reason you will be offered the option to switch to another class or receive a full refund. 

If you are unable to attend a course for any reason we are unable to offer a refund. However, if you give more than seven days notice to cancel and we can fill your space on the course we may be able to offer you an alternative date. 

The minimum age to attend is sixteen. All 16/17 year olds must be accompanied by a paying adult.
