Because we supply specialised, creative materials for unique jewellery and workshop projects—specifically unsealed anodised aluminium sheets, professional aluminium dyes, and curated aluminium supplies—please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and material specifications below.

Material Specifications & Advisory

• Check Before You Order: Every supplier stocks different finishes, tolerances, and thicknesses. Recommendations from third parties or external courses may not always match our current stock of anodised aluminium or specific dye concentrations.
• Dye & Colour Swatches: Our professional aluminium dyes are highly concentrated. Final colour results will vary based on your anodising layer thickness, dye bath temperature, dipping time, and sealing process.
• Get Expert Advice: We strongly advise contacting us directly prior to placing your order. We are always happy to help ensure your metal sheets, colorants, and texturing supplies meet your exact project requirements.

Returns & Quality Control

• No-Return Safety Policy: To maintain strict quality control, we do not accept returns on any metal materials or liquids. Once anodised aluminium sheets leave our premises, they cannot be resold or reused due to the risk of surface oil contamination, scratches, or handling damage that compromises the unsealed surface. Similarly, opened or shipped aluminium dyes and fluid supplies cannot be returned.
• Disposal: If a refund is approved for your order, you do not need to ship the materials or supplies back to us. You are welcome to keep, use, or recycle them.

Refunds

• Eligibility: Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, we will honour the cost of the materials and any extra postage costs incurred.
• Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to clear with your bank.
