Argentium Ring or Pendant Making Workshop
10 am – 4 pm
Many jewellers are now using Argentium as an alternative to sterling silver. Argentium contains a higher silver content with 94.0% silver compared to sterling silver which has 92.5%. Argentium contains germanium and the combination of alloys leads to a material which is brighter, harder and more resistant to sctratches than traditonal sterling silver. Another benefit of using Argentium is the ability to fuse the metal without needing to use solder. This has the great advantage of leaving less visible joins and reducing the clean up time, meaning you can create items of jewellery in a shorter time. Once you've used Argentium you won't want to go back to traditional silver!

All materials and equipment are included in the price.
Tea and coffee will be provided, and I’ll get some sweet treats too.
For lunch why not visit our lovely cafe situated just next door which sells a variety of lunch options and, of course, coffee and cake. Or alternatively bring your own packed lunch.

Your booking fee secures your place – we cannot reserve payments without payment.
If we have to cancel for any reason you will be offered the option to switch to another class or receive a full refund. A minimum of 6 people are needed for the workshop to run.
If you are unable to attend a course for any reason we are unable to offer a refund. However, if you give more than seven days notice to cancel and we can fill your space on the course we may be able to offer you an alternative date.
The minimum age to attend is sixteen. All 16/17 year olds must be accompanied by a paying adult.
